Stephen founded Enviroteam Services in 2013, building on extensive experience delivering high-quality, compliant Legionella control solutions. As Managing Director, he works closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met through tailored, reliable strategies that protect people and keep businesses fully compliant.

Kenny Cassells

WATER TREATMENT MANAGER

Kenny joined Enviroteam Services in 2025, having first encountered the company as a client impressed by the quality and impact of its services. With more than 30 years of experience
in the water treatment industry, including his time at Solenis as Senior Account Manager- Kenny now leads our Water Treatment operations, ensuring every client receives safe,
effective, and compliant solutions.

Russell Thompson

LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT MANAGER

Russell brings over 13 years of experience in the Legionella control industry, complemented by 14 years as an Environmental Health Officer enforcing Health and Safety legislation, including Legionella compliance. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Russell ensures every site survey and report is completed to the highest standard, giving clients complete confidence in their compliance. Russell has also been a Water Management society member for over 10 years.

Alix Gilles

WATER HYGIENE & ENGINEERING MANAGER

With over 15 years of experience, Alix leads our Water Hygiene and Engineering operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, bespoke Legionella control solutions. He is dedicated to maintaining safe, compliant systems for clients across the UK through expert oversight and hands-on technical knowledge.

Claire Brookes-Thompson

COMPLIANCE MANAGER & LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSOR

Claire has over 12 years of experience in the Legionella control industry, supported by a strong background in biology and biochemistry. She specialises in compliance across LCA, ISO, and Health & Safety frameworks, ensuring Enviroteam Services - and our clients - remain fully aligned with the latest standards. Claire also oversees the development of written schemes of control, auditing processes, and the creation and updating of
CAD schematic drawings. Claire is a
Water Management Society member.
